About Me

I am a mother, wife, and photographer. I have loved taking photos of people since I picked up my first camera as a child, and I find nothing quite as exhilarating as capturing the true spirit of a person through my lens. I love coffee and shoes, football and good beer, and someday I'm determined to own a convertible sports car. I'm also a cancer survivor. I don't like to brag, but I pretty much kicked cancer's butt. Now I do what I can to use my talents to support various breast cancer related organizations, such as The Young Survivor's Coalition (www.youngsurvival.org). And I wake up everyday and am so thankful to have my family, my friends, and to be pursuing a career doing something I am passionate about. My hope is that you can see that passion and love reflected in my photos.
